I was born and raised in sunny Jamaica, which means I now spend Boston winters wondering why I left 80-degree weather behind.

Family:

I’m married to the wildly talented Rusha, who brings beauty and brains to everything she touches (and keeps me in line). I’m also a proud father of Riyaan, a not so tiny human with big opinions and an even bigger smile, who manages to still teach me a thing or two.

Professionally:

Director‑level engineering leader who’s scaled teams 5 – 50+, shipped award‑winning products (Starry Station), and tripled deploy velocity at high‑growth SaaS and FinTech startups. I blend hands‑on architecture with product intuition, obsessing over how tech choices translate into delightful user experiences.

Personally:

I’m a golf junkie, even if my scorecard suggests I’m more of a masochist. I blast reggae while coding, snap street photos when I travel, and play a surprisingly competitive game of badminton. I love exploring ideas at the intersection of design, AI, and code, and if I can make someone’s life a little easier with tech, I’m all in.
