Daniel Bulli

I was born and raised in sunny Jamaica, which means I now spend Boston winters wondering why I left 80-degree weather behind.

Family:

I’m married to the wildly talented Rusha, who brings beauty and brains to everything she touches (and keeps me in line). I’m also a proud father of Riyaan, a not so tiny human with big opinions and an even bigger smile, who manages to still teach me a thing or two.

Professionally:

VP of Engineering @Roebling with 20+ years scaling teams, shipping products, and co-founding companies with successful exits. I've taken startups from 5 to 1,000+ employees, led teams through IPO and acquisition (Starry to Verizon, EnergySage to Schneider Electric), and shipped award-winning products like Starry Station.

I'm a product engineer at heart. I still get in the code when it matters, and I believe the best engineering leaders stay close to what they're building.

Personally:

I’m a golf junkie, even if my scorecard suggests I’m more of a masochist. I blast reggae while coding, snap street photos when I travel, and play a surprisingly competitive game of badminton. I love exploring ideas at the intersection of design, AI, and code, and if I can make someone’s life a little easier with tech, I’m all in.
